Replaced my Vac. Pump seal--No More Leaks!
Wow,
What a difference! No more leak! I was loosing oil as you might remember. So, I determined that the oil was actually from the Vac Pump input shaft seal. I found the bad seal and replaced it. Not too tough, thanks to another post.

The next leak is the power steering unit. Can't tell if its the hoses or .........worse! >

I swear I'm gonna kill every single leak if it kills me.

TJ

Thats EXACTLY what I used!!

I had to order from the East coast, I forgot the company, some National Seal Company. I paid about $12 for it. That seal saved me $980 for a new Vac pump!!

I LOVE THIS SITE!

TJ

Whered you get the seal from? I am trying to stop my leak and dont want to replace my vac pump either . I think you might have heard about that seal from one of my posts :. I havent had time to replace mine yet and I wanted to see if any one else had fixed it by replacing the seal. Looks like Ill drop the 12 bucks...I think itll be worth it
Wheels
