I found a photo of that DS-1296 replacement switch. If the photo is correct, it seems each switch is individual? If correct and the the power window and lock switches are the same, then a total of 3 individual units are in the driver door and 2 in the passenger door? Guess I just need to take it apart to verify. I looked in my FSM but it does not show the switches removed from the plug in an illustration.

So the switches for power window and door lock are interchangeable / same switch?

 

I believe that 94-97 are individual , in 98-02 there 1 piece 3 on left 2 on right

 

Ok, that makes sense as I have found no descriptions of driver vs passenger side or door lock vs window switch
