Thanks. I know what you are saying. I painted alot of cars in the past & one day swore I was done after my fresh job got attacked by flies....ruined the entire paint job. I only do my own stuff now & a few close friends at most. Its nice doing my truck because I'm not rushing it, just taking my time & doing it right. It is hard work & I'm beat, but I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end.

Taking my time here, I'm doing it after work. I took off yesterday because of the beutiful weather. I'll get it done, don't worry. Check & recheck, then check again = nicer job when complete.

Thanks. I'm gonna do some buffing tonight & hopefully pull the truck in my other garage. I feel like I'm starting over, but I've got 2 more doors to do jambs on. After those are done, I'll be hanging all 4 doors, getting under the hood painted & cleaned up...as well as getting the frame painted. I still have alot to do.

I now have my motivation in the garage with me, the painted jambs, roof are staring me in the eye. I got the roof buffed out tonight & I am really happy with the results, nice shine & texture. Best of all, no dents!!!!!

Thanks. Back when I was painting cars for people, I was hitting them with a DA, scothbrite, then out the door. It was because I didn't have patience, but I love my truck....its more love than patience. Trucks been good to me, deserves alot of love back.
