My overhead compass and temp works on my 94 but no mpg mode. Is this a common problem with the overhead display???

 

I don't think they had the MPG stuff until 98.5 when the "puter" controlled pumps came out.......and i'm thinking I can run with your 66 what's she quarter in??

 

Best run with my 66 is 1.722 at 60 foot ,11.488 1/4 mile @ 120.08 mph.

Pretty healthy BIG car!

 

Last month my new neighbor purchase a 2006 Z06 Vette and was talking how fast his Vette was. Last night I caught him on the freeway coming back to our neighbor hood. When we got off the freeway we where the first cars lined up side by side at the light. Make a long story short..... Three different lights. All three wins for the 66 Impala.... The last light I even let him get a car lenght ahead before I took off...

The best part of the whole race with the Vette was: I have air bags on my car so right before the light turned green I dumped the car into drag mode with the *** end down and the front end up. You should have seen is face. He must have thought a jet was about to launch......

There is a young kid in my hood with a Viper that is looking for a spanking. So let it be known. Viper boy if you pull up next to the Pimpala, you better bring your A game......!!!!

 

Wow! that's a good looking ride! Certainly has that "it's only a cruiser" look to it, but is ready to defend its honor at the stab of the go pedal. I modded mine to the point it's a useless toy that sits in the trailer all the time. I miss having a streetable hot rod.
