I just installed my power cool vue mirrors and the up control does not work, on both sides. I hear a click, but no movement, also the interior lights dim. The other three movements work fine. Any ideas...thanks

 

Pull the mirror back off and check to see if you pinched any wires.

 

thanks for the reply, its was pinched. No sure how I pinched it, boy it has some thin wires. Not sure how to keep from doing it again.

 

There are some pictures somewhere about this. I remember part of the mirror plastic had to be cut out, but not alot.

 

I will look will at that. I finally cut a spliced the crushed wires. I called the place I purchased them from, and was told they have no instruction for installation and that I need to contact a mechanic, not much help. I will check the previous threads.
