Noise in vent?

I recently bought my first cummins, a 95 2500 4X4 5spd. I love the truck, it is the best money I've ever spent. I have driven it about a thousand miles since I bought it (700 miles on the way home from Mississippi) and didnt hear any noises. Within the past few hundred miles there has been a strange noise coming from the drivers side vent. It sounds kinda like leaves blowing around in the vent or something. It doesnt seem to be affected by the speed of the blower and seems worse when I first start the truck. It is pretty noisey and is getting really annoying. Has anybody else had this problem? Does anybody know what it is? Thanks

I had somebody else tell me that today, they said to close all my other vents but the drivers vent and blow compressed air in there. I tried that but it doesnt seem to have helped. Is there anything else I can do before I tear into it?

I tried the compressor route on a GMC, it didn't work either.
Ended up removing the driver's side vent lovers, closing all the rest, removing the inlet grille and blowing into it with a gas powered lawn leaf blower. Leafs were shooting up ten feet in the air in front of the windshield...

Prolly should pull the blower motor for a centennial clean-out, then flush the evap housing with hot soapy water - if you're careful, it'll drain out the ac condensate drain - wanna talk about yer nasty stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That and ac fin cleaner and a new interior got ridda the dog and smoke odors.............................
