I know exactly what you are talking about mine do it in rain with out the added ice and snow the bosch wipers look good I may try those.

My dad turned me onto the bosch blades. Not only do they do a GREAT job keeping the window clean but they also do that regardless of your speed. Now I don't know if you go fast enough or not, but just about anything over 65 will push the blade off the windshield as it goes up and down. Royal PITA if you ask me.

Sounds like the spring in the arm is weak or broken.

After putting up with mine for four years I just got a set of Bosch Icons. Excellent wipers with a rubber arm that follows the window contour better than the stock ones.
