Firestone air bags are,an awesome way to improve ride quality, as well as Oliver's shackle flip he did on one of his rigs.

I installed the airbags in my short wheelbase Toyota truck. I inflated them just enough,to relieve,the pressure off of the spring pack, IIRC, 15 psi or so, to each independent bag. It made it ride so much nicer, there wasn't any reason to fiddle around with it anymore. When i Load up the truck, I can air them up to load level the truck.

My dodge rides so much better when I put 450# in the back, near the tailgate . like driving a new truck.

 

Make sure it is decent. I've burnt up the cigarette lighter ones on truck tires before.
