Help....Changing Springs

I cant get the ### lower control arm down. Is there a trick to this?
I removed the top of the sway bar bolt, the upper and lower shock bolt
and another bolt at the end of the upper control arm that had a pin through the middle. Any ideas on why it wont lower?

when i did mine, i ended up unbloting the bottom comtrol arm at the back where it mouts to the frame, along with the sway bar undone, was able to lower it all out of the eway.

do you have to disconnect the tie rod ends?

taking the bolts for the lower control arm worked for me.

how do you line the bolts back up....theres alot of force there

Did you take the nut off one of the ball joints ???

I see you have the nut off the ball joint. You have to separate the the joint from the spindel.

You're going to need a pickle fork to pop the ball joint out of the spindle. Make sure you have a jack under the control arm when you knock the ball joint out.

You can do that without ruining the rubber boot by striking the side of spindle with a large hammer. The white circular reflection below the numbers in your picture should work as an aiming spot.

this is what I did along with two extra jacks to push each one of the 'legs' on the control arm.
