broken dash

well my dash was cracked for a while now it is falling apart in big chunks, any ideas on a new one besides the plastic caps or the insane price the dealer told me for the part?

Do a thread search for dash or dashboard.

There are several threads about that subject.

here is one option

Not exactly cheap though. Mine cracked this past year. I thought I had escaped it after 9 years but no. For now I have just opted for a molded carpet dash cover. It fits well. I did enlarge the defroster vent holes though.

I was looking at going the same route with the replacement dash from geno's but the big question i have is how do you remove the old one and put the new one in. Has anyone on here done it before. Any help would be greatly welcomed. and thanks in advance.
