Truck Pro or about any other place that builds pumps.

If your near Grover NC, call Randy Johnson, hes got them or can build you one.

Since all remanufactured pumps are rebuilt by licensed Bosch shops only, the cheaper the better. I bought mine from Pensacola Diesel whom I found on E-bay. I called them to see if they are legit, and they took their time with me and sounded knowledgeable, so I ordered over the phone at E-bay price (<$950 at that time, 02/2007).
The pump has been great, fuel mileage improved a lot and the truck is a lot more peppy than before. I checked the codes recently and have none.

One more vote for midwest fuel injection.(160k on the one I got from them, still works fine)
http://www.mwfi.com/VP44.htm

If you've got extra money, then I'd go with a bluechip
http://www.bluechipdiesel.com/productpricing.html
Thats what I'm going to do when I have to replace the one on my truck
