I've backed it down to SW #5 now and wouldn't you know mileage is back! Odd? Haha!

Likewise, except I looked at mine at 159K. Only a couple needed attention. I was gonna look at them again in a couple months as my mileage had been dipping a bit, but that could be due to running SW #9 all the time!

I just did mine this weekend at 135,000k. Every one of them needed adjustment. But not all of them were way off. I set mine at .008 and .018. It def made a diff in the way it idled. Way smoother and quieter. Hardest part was turning the engine over to find TDC. My front crank seal is leaking a little bit so it slicked up my belt making it hard to turn from the alt pully with out slipping.
