Question Transmission types--I need help

I just got a printout from the dealer (using my VIN) and it lists all the features that went into building of this truck. Right down to the date it rolled off the line.

Q: The sheet is showing I have a DDX 5-speed HD Manual Transmission
But, when reading the service manual for the correct lubricant, they show 3 types.

1) NV3500
2) NV4500
3) NV5600

How can I tell if which one I have on my truck?
Any recommendations on what to run for lube? The book shows its only as current as the printing... So.....

The NV5600 is the 6 speed which you don't have, and the NV3500 was on the gasoline engines only on HD models, as far as I know.

Would this truck have limited slip differential? Reading the service manual, replacing fluids with "fresh" and giving it a complete tune up you might say.
The service book is showing me the types of lubs to use in the following

Differential lubricant...
Limited skip differential...

Thanks

Thanks,
because im a freakin genius

as for the limited slip, that could be in the glove box (on a label) could be on a tag under a bolt on the rear end cover or you could jack up your rear end and turn one wheel by hand. if the other turns the same way, its a limited slip, if it turns the other, is an open differental

Glove box says "Axle Ratio 3:55"
Rear end cover only has some numbers.
Jacking up the truck in the past.....I remember then turning opposit directions...So, Im gonna say "OPEN DIFF" lol

Thanks again!
