speed sensor

By reading the forum it seems that I need to have the speed sensor on the rear end changed. I can't get my truck in until Wednesday of next week. I have to tow a horse trailer before then is this going to make anything worse?

You can change it in less than 20 minutes.

You can drive it until you get a chance to have it fixed.

Thanks, thats what I was wondering. I do actually want to learn how to do a few things myself, I haul my horses long distance and would love to know how to change the belts and fuel filters stuff like that so if I am out on the road I don't get stuck somwhere.

Post up some info and let us know where you are from. I am sure there is a group out there that will help you learn a few things about your truck.....

Check out the National Chapters section. If you can find a DTR Florida Chapter, you could meet some local DTR members who would be glad to help you learn some of the important maintenance procedures.
