Unhappy Second gen Brake Question

I have a 2001 3500 4x4 QC I had the passengers side caliper go out on me last week and I lost all brakes / Fluid and the abs light and brake light came on when the brakes went to the floor. I had both calipers replaced, the master cylinder, both rotors and the system bled and the rear brakes adjusted. The ABS light and the Brake light are still on. Any thoughts? Bad bleed?

The ABS system resets everytime you key off doesn't it? meaning its not like the dealer needs to reset the ABS computer to clear the light. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd be suprised if the rear sensor needs to be replaced since the light came on from a front caliper going and the hydaulic system losing pressure and fluid.

Thanks,
Kirk

The front brakes also have a abs sensor. Check to make sure it didn't get broken, or come unplugged(if I remember right there is a plug in connection under the hood by the wheel well)

Red brake warning light generally means a hydraulic problem while the amber is a ABS reliability issue. You did not say if brakes are working well during stops? My thoughts would be the pressure differential switch is stuck. Try disconnecting and see if lights clear up. If does, then bleed brakes. MC may not have been adequatelly bled Or trash in ABS module from pumping trash through it during bleeding operation.

Thanks for the replys. Is the pressure differential switch the one on top of the drivers side fenderwell between the ABS and the MC?

The brakes felt just a hare spongy when i first got in it, but they firmed up right after that and seem to work well. I haven't wanted to really test them until the pads bed in.

That should be it. A single wire and connector as I recall.

Do you have hydraboost brakes. If so they are a real bear to bleed. Make sure the shop you go to is familiar with this system.

What are Hydro Boost brakes? Mine have a Blue anodized cylinder attached to where the brake booster normally would be...
