first gen to second gen block question
I'm putting the motor out of my 91 in the ford and taking the ppumped motor out of the ford.
What I need to know is if the blocks are the same. Like I know there are some small differences (motor mount bolt holes for example, 6 on the ppump block, 4 on the 91 VE block) but are the bolt holes for the adapter plate to block the same? is the rear main seal the same? pan gaskets the same? oil cooler gaskets the same?

All the same. A 12v is a 12v...
Even a 12v head works on a 24v and CR block. That has nothing to do with what you're asking though. Plus, I'm sure those blocks have more differences compared to a 12v block.
