My truck had that code but was more like $150. Everytime I take it to dealer it costs me $150.

We are trying to find out what caused the Po216 code. The scan tool said module $15 not responding. We are trying to find out which module is this. We are trying to diagnose a dead pedal.

0216 is the injection pump timing failure. You need a VP44!

Already put a VP44 on it. Still dead pedal. New Position control sensor, new battery, new air cleaner, new fuel supply pump, map sensor, tested ECM checked out okay. intake air temp sensor, checked grounds.checked for air in lines. Wondering if it is possible problems with the transmission can cause this problem. Or could it be I got a bad VP44. The scan tool says Module $15 not responding. No one seems to know what Module $15 is.

Update- Got it fixed. Got a bad rebuilt VP44. They tested the pump on the bench the brain tested okay. But when it was on the truck with the high temps and the vibration of the engine it would loose contact and mess up. So make sure your rebuilt has a new brain. It would save you lots of headaches.
