That is what I have been using for the last 5 years. I am happy with Baldwin oil, air and fuel filters.

All filter manufacturers have to meet the oem specs or better, so I think that you are secure with most any of them. I use luberfiner filters. A rep told us once that if their filter failed they would replace the engine. That is pretty reassuring. hope I never have to test their claims.

A major part of the group will say "Fleetguard!" and a few out ther will say "MOPAR!"

On oil filters I would rather be safe than sorry.

Use whatever helps you sleep at night.

Baldwin filters are good ones. Was told that they even make a few for Cat.

Just as a general observation, not scientific, the Fleetguard filters were keeping my oil visually clearer, longer. This was when my truck was still stock. I have run Baldwin, Wix and Fleetguard oil filters.

Just from the above observation, I rank them in this order- (best) Fleetguard, Baldwin, Wix (worst).

FWIW.
