Alright, sorry about the delay but I have now had a chance to call around and find out the prices on the 99 and up APPS. Nothing, not one D thing. You cant buy this part anywhere but the dealership. At least according to the local parts shops. Sorry guys. I am saving up for the Steelership Rape now myself.

You're right: the 3-pin is a TPS, and the other one is the true APPS, and is a dealer item only, due to the fact it is mated to the back of the bell crank assembly, and is calibrated. I got mine from Transitowne Dodge in NY...25% off dealer list for internet orders and fast shipping. Ask for Judy. After replacing the APPS, run a bead of RTV silicone around the gap where the sensor is. That will help keep high pressure water from the car wash shooting right down into the sensor. IMHO that is why they fail.

I am going to try the fix that Jigdog speaks of, but I will keep these people in mind if it doesnt work.

Jigdog, What is the fix for the Apps? I might can use that to help me get back home in Louisiana from Houston next week. I had a new apps delivered to my home so I'll be changing it out then.

Thanks
Gene
