APPS Sensor

Does anyone now where this sensor is located? I think it is located under the throttle bracket, the bracket you remove to get to the Vp44 wire tap, Can someone confirm it? I have the code for that sensor, but when i was installing the comp i unplugged it and the negative battery cable touched one of the negative terminals and gave juice to the truck while the sensor was unplugged and i think that may have thrown the code. I tried the APPS reset procedure and the code is still there. On a side note, the truck seems to run just fine, Thanks for your help

It's under the black linkage cover on the drivers side of the engine, right above VP44.

Yeah, thats were i thought it was, thanks for confirming that, do you know if unplugging it would set a code off? The reason i unplugged it was to be able to move the black cover out of the way better and i did not want to put to much stress on the connection

I don't know about setting a code. The only time my cover was off was when I replaced the APPS.
