Window door switch problems
Since I have finished my conversion on my crew cab I have had problems with my window switches. For some reason on both sides of the truck instead of pushing up on the switches for the windows to go up its opposite of that on both the drivers and passengers door. I have verified I do not have the switches installed upside down in the switch panels and I have also verified the switches them selves are not in upside down. They actually can't be installed upside down. Can anyone shed some light on this problem? I dont know if maybe I have something backwards somewhere in the dash wiring or something? The wiring is all from the 93 donor truck

I bet jmartin is right! I figured when I plugged them in they could only go 1 way but I bet that is the problem. I will do that tonight. Thanks for the help. I will update

Well I tore off the door panels and found that the wiring to the motors cannot be switched around. What I did find after working on it for awhile is the new doorman motors I replaced the originals with are wired backwards from the OEM motors. When I plugged the original motor back in they worked correct. When I plugged the new doorman motors in it was opposite. So I ended up pulling the wires out of the doorman plugs and switched them. Pretty easy fix. Thanks for the help guys!

There are always bugs to work out when you take on a project this size. Doesn't matter how much time and effort you put into all the details, there are always a few things that will need to be addressed.
Congrats on getting it on the road...I know how you feel...
