What a day...Rear end decided to die

Times three. Swap it out - for a 2nd gen rear with outboard drums.

Whats' so good about the outboard drums? then yer wheels will be sticking out wider!

Well I ended up taking to a gear shop to get it done. I don't have the necessary tools and resources to do it at the moment and I'd rather have it done right the first time than be stuck out on a road waiting for a tow truck in a few months time and have to spend the money to get it done again.

I drove it to the place in 4x4 with the rear driveshaft removed and it sure shook the heck out of the truck and me. I guess I'll have to look at the front end now, I Know I have some worn out parts in there (tie rod ends being one).

I'm gonna keep the old pinion shaft to show the ricers what real drivetrain parts look like hehe
