it seems that the non-intercooled engines have the largest injectors available except the pods or specialy modifyed ones. from what i understand they flow almost as much as the 370s in the 2nd gen trucks.

Yeah, POD's are about your only step up. You're going to have a hard time keeping the EGT under control without an intercooler hauling that trailer around though.

I belive the POD injectors flow about the same as 370's. The stock injectors do not.

I know nothing about flow numbers, but I do know I could feel a real kick in the shorts when I put my POD's in. I also have a non-intercooled engine.

My egt's are not too bad, I pull a 24' trailer loaded with oak furniture front to back floor to roof, I have no real idea as to weight but it's heavier than one might think.

if that helps ya any.....

We sell POD's that are matched and balanced.
POD's flow about 10% more fuel than 370's. The 370's won't work in the 1st gen motor without having the inj's reworked with 1st gen tops, balanced and flow tested to match 1st gen 145bar pop off pressure. Much cheaper to just buy POD's.

Pods

I just put PODS in my truck today which is a 91 non-intercooled truck. It definately made more power over my stock nozzles. My boost went from 20 - 25 PSI and it pulls alot stronger at lower RPM's. I think i'm gonna try to get a #16 housing next. What kinda increase in boost would i see going from a 18.5 to a 16? EGT's went up, but not all that bad.
