wh1c with big head actuator

i just recently put a wh1c on my 93 12 valve cummins 5 speed. my only problem is that i push 30-31 pounds of boost and my banks big head actuator is set for 43 pounds of boost. Can i manually adjust this actuator? Or do i have to get a different actuator?

How are you sure that its set for 43psi? Assuming 43psi is the setting, it sounds like you need more fuel to get to that level. Truthfully, 30psi is the sweet spot for the wh1c. if it were my turbo, I'd be happy with it

oh, welcome to DTR--nice to have you along!

The Banks head can be adjusted up to 43 psi or down to ???. Your just reading the sticker on the actuator. I never connected the hose for my Big Head actuator because the more boost my truck had, the cooler and better it ran.

I would leave well enough alone. If the wastegate is closed at 30 psi, thats all good. The H1C as well at the HX like to be below 35 psi for optimal performance, so no need to adjust.
