Water meth and white smoke?

Hey guys, i have my water meth set to kick on around 15 psi, and then the boost gauge rises to 20 real quick, but over 20lbs with the water meth on it will blow some white smoke. with the water meth off, no smoke. what is causing this. the egts are about 850-900 during this.
thanks.

Sounds like you are pumping in a little too much. Does the truck run OK?

I agree with Wanna. I see it says you have 2 nozzles on your water meth. Try unhooking one and see if it still does it. Then you will know if you need smaller nozzles for it.

Ok, thanks.I will try this. The truck seems to run a little rough when it does this. I have 2 12gph nozzles in it now, I also have 2 6gph nozzles. Should i switch these out?
thanks.

Try one 6 and one 12. It should run smooth on the water/meth, roughness is a sign that you're spraying too much and "putting out the fire."

Ok, i replaced one of the 12gph nozzles with a 6 and it seems to run a lot smoother, and it is no longer putting out the fire.
thanks.
