Wait to start flashing

I was out plowing this morning and after a couple hours the wait to start light started flashing. So i shut the truck down and restarted it and it stopped.. So I keep on plowing and it did it again a short time later. So i shut the truck off again and restarted it again and it never came back on.. Any Ideas ?

From alldata,

"The Wait-To-Start lamp will flash ON and OFF if the charge air temperature sensor input to the engine controller is above maximum value or below minimum value. If either of the previous conditions occur, a fault code will be stored in the engine controller's memory."

Ooo. mine does that all the time. My relays are bad too. Piece of crap, If i leave the orange/ black, black, yellow/black, and black wires located on the driver side of the relays connected, it drains the battery FAST and they click while the truck's running. Also if it drops below say 30 degrees F, the grid dont work. And wont let it charge with the truck running. Unplugged em, worked fine but now the grid heater is out of service till i find new relays. My water in fuel, anti-lock, and Brake light is on too. There isnt any water in fuel and nada's wrong with the brakes, or anti-lock except that it dont work lol. OH! and the speedo dont work, or it bounces sometimes....sometimes. It's a fricken mess.

The air temp sensor circuit is open. Bad sensor, bad wire, or just plain unplugged.
