visual difference D60 / D70?

Hi, I am off to buy a, removed, used, rear axel, suppose to be a 91 SRW, 5-sp, diesel., I want to be sure it is a not a D60, what clues should I look for? I need a rear axel for a 93 D250 SRW( 70u) 3.54 ratio. Gonna pull the cover, and if it is a 10.5" it's a D70? and 9.50" a D60? Set me straight, Artie

You should be able to tell teh difference between the two. While they are designed the same the 70 is noticably bigger and has 4'' axle tubes
