Why do you want breathers on the valve covers?

You can supplement the stock/OEM crankcase vent on the lifter-valley cover with one from a 24v CTD. The 24v version mounts to where we pour oil in. You can move the oil fill to a valve-cover (using a valve cover from an industrial Cummins, or just cut yours off it's pipe, drill a hole for it in your current valve-cover and epoxy it in place).

You only need better ventilation if you are blowing oil out the breather under boost.

Oil residue and a couple drips when parked is normal, stock trucks do that.

ok sounds good i was just thinking about it when i was going to be tightening down my head bolts since i have to take the valve covers off would it hurt or is it overkill? also wanna what do you suggest on the headbolts taking them all the way out and retapping the holes and cleaning them out or do you think i could just tighten them?

so how do you know if your blowing oil out when under boost? You can't really watch it while your driving

No, but if it's dripping off your back bumper when you park that's a dead giveaway.

If you can thread them down all the way with your fingers you will not gain anything by tapping.
