Its a wax based sealant used to preserve firearms, how ever its prolly not the best idea for this use. use good quality silicone boots to seal the tubing, the air box should be replaced with a box that can be sealed.

I meant for the whole truck. Once there's any more pressure than surface pressure, waters gonna fill the gear boxes. Even if all the seals were new, you're still can have to mount all the breather lines up into the cab or engine compartment. These trucks already have enouph problems with the electricle system. You need to make sure all the fuel supply lines are new. Abs wil be out the window. Hopefully the vacuum system is in good condition... etc.

There is a great deal to look at before submerging these trucks in water. Combustion air is the tip of the iceberg. Both axles have vents, Transmissions have vents, fuel tank has vents, al the elecrical system must be sealed. The starter motor is not water proof. The altenator will git soaked by the fan if the fan doesn't break first. And if it stalls in deep enough water and you leave the exhaust near the stock location you will most likely be buying another turbo. Otherwise its pretty simple.
