Turbo ID ? (pictures)

I've got 3 turbos, all Holsets. One is on my stock '93 (auto), one supposed to be from a '91.5 (auto), and one from my son-in-law's 4BT (marine engine?).
I broke his shaft (don't ask, clocking) so I owe him a turbo. What I would like to do is upgrade my truck to a GDS60mm and a smaller exhaust housing and give him a serviceable turbo.
How do I see what size the exhaust housing is? I've looked all over my turbos and can't see it marked. My hope is that the 4BT turbo (H1C) has a small exhaust I can use and only have to buy the GDS upgrade.
Anyhow, here are pictures of what I have, can anyone ID these for me?

data plate from the 91.5. Turbo has obviously been off, is it the factory turbo?

So what do I have? Be nice to upgrade to a real nice turbo because I am eventually going to get bigger sticks.
Occasional light towing but mostly just a play truck is the intended use.

Sorry for the long post.

For the exhaust housing, there should be a 7 digit number code stamped on the back and compare it to the chart on here.

The size should also be stamped on one of the runners on the inlet side. Will be hard to see because of all the soot...

well if it's stock the 91.5 is likely the 21cm housing and the 93, if stock, should be the 18.5 cm housing.

As for the 4bt one, I don't now.

The sizes should be stamped into the cast of the turbo itself on the side right by the intake like ap said

Okay, none of the numbers from the chart matched the 4BT turbo and the numbers were ground off of the 91.5 turbo.
I looked in the 91.5 and it is very clearly marked with an 18, the 4BT has nothing in there.
If I buy a new exhaust housing which size should I go with? A 12?
I want a quick spool with little smoke but I don't want to smother the truck as it spools up. 325hp is a good target to hit eventually.

Called GDS and they tell me the 4BT turbo is a 16. Their recommendation is use the 16 exhaust housing and the 60 upgrade housing/wheel.
I ordered that, the 3600 spring, and a seal/bearing kit.
Now all need is to get away from the computer and go to work putting all together.

Did you get the 3200 RPM spring or the 3600 RPM spring? If you install the 3600 spring your valves are gonna float unless you get 60*lbs valve springs and 3600 rpm no a Ve cummins is useles..

You mean 366 ?

Never heard of the 3600 spring. I thought you could get 3200 and 4200 flavors.
