I'm sure that there are a lot of different sizes in after market turbos.
Not just overall size.
What are you looking for in differences?

I was just wanting to see some different turbo sizes. I am getting a super b special soon and wanted to compare. It is supposedly a 64/14-71 so it is pretty standard size I think so anything around that would compare maybe.

Externally, they don't look that much larger. Its whats on the inside the counts.

My 62/12 doesn't look much different than stock but it definitely works better on the top end.
Now, put your stocker next to an Aurora 5000. That's a huge turbo....

Here are a few. The pic of the holset is the one I trashed. Doesnt do much good for size comparison, but Im proud of it.

Second one is my kid playing with an s400.

Third one is the replacement (hey351cw) for the one I trashed.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the pics. That turbine on that S400 is enormous! Here are pics of my stock vs. super b special (s300g supposedly) The compressor housing is about 1/2" larger diameter but the turbine is quite abit larger.

K, here is a dumb question...in the first pic you can see how the old turbo's outlet is parallel with the inlet, but the new one has the outlet perpendicular to the inlet. How do you make that work???

It comes with a little cast 90 degree elbow. The description from BD says this kit comes with a downpipe, I guess this is the piece they are talking about. I thought it would be some fancy exhaust pipe but it looks like something used on a military toilet from WW2.
