Thread Size/Type on High Idle Screw

Anyone know the thread size and type on the high idle screw? I had some course 1/4in all thread thinking that was it but it would not start and I did not want to force it.

You use a 10mm wrench to remove the lock nuts on those right? I replaced those lock nuts with thin jam nuts I bought at Ace Hardware if that helps any...
