Stock is enough and if you look into this you'll find that many high HP guys have done nothing extra...

Stock is enough until the engine gets tired or you have a vacuum leak.

Or you are way up on boost. I had to put an extra vent in, but I have a high mileage engine with a vacuum leak!

How do you know when you have a vacuum leak? I don't know for some reason...

You may need additional venting if you keep having oil blow past known good engine seals along with the under-side/driver's side of the cab being wet with oil (from the single OEM vent).

I blew out the rear main, but I think a leaky vacuum pump had a lot to do with it!
