so was working on the 91.5 today getting it ready for it's new owner (my son) and the return line is cracked where it bolts to the lifter valley cover, does anyone know the part # for this or even if it is still available? it's number 7 in this diagram

Get the serial number off your engine then go to a Cummins dealer and they can look up the proper part for you.

Thanks Edwin, my cummins dealer is closed on weekends so I did a little more research and came up with cummins part #3905707 it says for 89 to 91 but I think there is no difference in the ve pumps from 89 to 93 other than the ksb on the non inter-cooled models need constant power to the ksb this truck is a 91.5 inter-cooled model.
Would having a hole in this line cause a low idle and no power problem?

I doubt it. More likely to cause a leak.
