Part #/Best Source for return hard line from OFvalve

The hard return line that bolts to the overflow valve is spraying fuel all over my block. It has a crack in the middle where the mounting bracket wraps around it. Is this a dealer only part? Any idea how much?

Also, is it going to be as big of a PITA as it looks to change it? Is it only held in place by the bracket in the middle and by the OFvalve?

Thanks

You could cut the O/F tube near the banjo fitting and clamp on a 5/16" ID diesel-rated hose running down to the frame rail where the existing O/F hose section connects to the hard line. Some owners have run this hose all the way to their tanks.

It's a big deal to get the old line out, it's bolted on in two places, one bolt is very hard to get at. In fact I think the line may have been installed at the factory before the injection pump was.
What I've done before is cut the line about two inches from the OF valve and hose clamped diesel hose on. Run the hose all the way back to the tank.
You need to cut it with a hacksaw blade or a sawzall then remove and make a clean cut at the right length when it's out in the open with a tubing cutter. Remove the paint from the area where the hose will slip over.

Doesn't the new updated repalcement had line have a small flex section in it? Might this make it easier to install that a 100% rigid line?

Get marine grade fuel line and bypass the old hard lines. Just leave them in place. They have a habit of springing leaks where the mounting tabs are.
