return line?

i'm having some trouble in the mornings when i start my truck, nothing major at all. its just if i go to step on it a little i get a small sputter like there is air in the system. i started with the fuel filter but it still acts up overnight. anyways im just taking things easy for now and starting small.

my question is does anyone have a pic or diagram of the return line and know where i can get one cheap?

Thanks for all the help as always i appreciate it!

you should wait for the oil to warm up rather than stomping on right away hahaha

The stock fuel lines on the 91.5+ are pretty solid, I doubt that is your issue. If anything it is the o-ring on the fuel heater, or the heater is loose.

The stud that the fuel filter screws onto, also holds the fuel heater to the head. Unscrew that stud and the heater will come off, and you can replace the seal. Just be careful as sometimes the heater will try turning with the stud and you can break the electrical plug.
