Question Quick ve pump tuning question

Hello, I'v talked to a few places that work on ve pumps and such and asked them how much they recommend to turn the full power screw. They said they usually give them 10% and it works real well. I dont know what that means, I have mine turned 1.5 turns and like it real well so far, I know most people max the pump but I dont want any worries when towing so i'm goin little by little. But, what do they mean by 10% ?

1 to almost 2 turn's is usually the sweet spot for the pump

The only way to turn the pump up 10% accurately is to take it off the truck and put it on a test stand and set it for 10% more fuel delivery than factory specs.
