If I am correct the duallie has a narrow rearend to make room for the duall's so you would have to change rear at least .As for the front I think there is an adapter you can remove I would have to check thou .

If you are talking about a 2wd duallie, the front hubs will have to be changed over to the single-wheel hub; otherwise, the 3/4 ton wheel will be way out from under the fender and look goofy.

I am not sure on the Dodge front-ends; but, on other makes of trucks, I have swapped from 3/4 to 1-ton by simply removing one hub and bolting on the other, and changing the brake backing plates, with the calipers and wheel-bearings being the same.

Actually, it should be the opposite.

The DRW axle has to be WIDER, to keep the inside wheel from being against the springs.

You will need new hubs out front.

It will hit the inner wheel well before it hits the springs. I've seen plenty of flatbeds with srw rear axles, but have dual wheels. The tell tale sign of this is the 3/4 ton wheels on the front.

I converted my early 91 D250 to a drw. The rear will need a new axle, or spacers ( ). I cannot speak for a 4wd, but on a 2wd the front swap was easy. The srw and drw trucks both use the same wheel bearings spindles, and calipers. I had a complete truck I was robbing parts off of. All I did was take the spindle nut loose, slide the srw rotor/hub off, and slide the drw rotors with spacers on. The front was alot easier than the rear.
