Power steering problem

I just finished installing the head and got it running perfect. I got in it for a test drive and NO POWER STEERING. I checked the fluid, checked for pinched lines, and took the pump back off and checked to see that the shaft was spining and the pump was lined up properly. I went to AlldataDIY to look for any info with no luck. Befor I waste any more time PLEASE help, this might just be a DUHHH moment. Thanks in advance. Oh, it a 93 W350.

Got fluid in the pump?

Try jacking the axle up and turning the wheel back and forth with the engine running to purge any air.

The fluid is exactly where it should be. When I take the cap off and look inside the reservoir, with the truck running, the fluid isn't moving. I took it for about a 10 mile round trip and no change. A friend was just telling me that it could be a collapsed line? I guess I will take a look tomorrow.
