Steering and power steering pump
I'm new to this so here goes. I have a 99 dodge 2500
Replaced everything in the front end. Added steering box stabilizer
And adjustable track bar. Can't get the tire to come back to center.
Puking power steering fluid I've replaced pump and brake hydr boost.
And install 2 steering boxes, also can't get rid of excessive play in the steering box. Please help

Is it possible you have a seized front axle u-joint? Also, I've seen damaged (bent) steering dampers do stuff like that. It might be worth taking it for a little drive with the steering damper removed.

I have replaced axle u joints and just put a new steering damper on yesterday it helped out a little. It steers better at high speed. Low speed up to 45mph I'm a DUI candidate. I have had it on a rack 3 times no matter where I take it when I get it back it is towed out about an inch

Toed OUT an inch?
Your 99 already has the good steering linkage, so nothing funky can be going on like with the 94-97's, are you sure they aren't setting it with an inch of toe out? I cannot see anything else that could make the toe change short of you axle tubes physically sliding in, and that didn't happen.
Where did you get your rebuilt steering boxes? Be advised many rebuilds are a total crap shoot, the box isn't the best to begin with, and rebuilds go down from there.
Also, is this on a lifted truck?
