Drill the hole. Remove the intake hose from the turbo. Start the engine. If the turbo is spinning, the shavings all blew out. If the turbo is not spinning, shut off the engine and turn the turbo backward with your fingers and try again. Once the turbo is spinning, put it all back together and drive.
