I was wondering what the difference in temp is one vs. the other??

 

I've heard it's 'bout 250* cooler at the post turbo position. FWIW, mines post turbo.

 

mine is pre-turbo because I like to know how hot the exhaust gas temp is before it goes into the turbo.

 

I think about 250 is the general thought.

 

The temp difference will vary with what set up you're running on your truck. I had one that was post turbo when I bought it and moved it pre because I too like to see how hot the gasses are before it gets to the turbo. I found that at idle he temps are about the same but thats it. It will read cooler and you won't know the true temp of the air. I just like mine pre.
