I'm in, and if we count Papecat, Loco 1, Placerville Keith, texas chap, and a couple others on here we may have at least 8 to 10 for September 7-9th. I have another good bud close by named REBAL, and he should know about this meet, but hasn't replied yet.

So, it is an overnighter, at Collins, on the dates listed. Earlier I expressed concerns like Keith mentioned for Sly Park, and that is the possibility of getting run out by Collins Lake staff for wrenching and black smoke, which we all know is a given. I did suggest Cisco Grove. Someone chime in with a final say so, just please consider the possibilities.

 

This is the weekend. Are we all hookin' up this weekend or what? Please post! I'd like to see who is makin' it to Collins Lake for the planned get together.

 

I'm down the road about 4 or 5 miles from Collins lake if anyone breaks. 530-742-3248 is the shop number. Somebody give me a call if this materializes tomorrow.

I cruised through Collins Lake this morning at 10:00am. Didn't see any first gens.

every one thought it would be fun but nobody showed up what gives. the bbg was nice but we need to do a breakfast run or a camping run for real this time not anybody flaking out this time lets set a date

 

im in, mid summer would be best, but whatever. Um, the valley sucks, far nor cal is where its at. Trinity County, one of the last real redneck strongholds in the state, thats my vote. along the river, great camping and swimming. probally about 5-8 degrees cooler than marysville area, so only about 106.

 

I remember driving to Collins and saw not one 1st gen. Stacks2, sorry I missed your awsome get together. heard there were some hot rod 1st genners at that one.

Maybe we can figure out another date for collins lake? Someone start tossing some dates out there. I'm free anytime in the near future except for May 16-19 (VEGAS!!!).
