NorCal meet/greet/BBQ/camp/beer

Bigragu and I have been talking in PMs about having a northern california first gen get together. Who all is interested? We were thinking it would be somewhere maybe in the sacramento area. It could be a weekend, a day meet, or whatever. Anyone interested post up with some ideas and lets do this!

I'd be interested in one. I'm up between Marysville and Grass Valley so Sacramento area is fine. Alot of camp areas up this way. Sycamore Grove, Collins Lake.

I'm up in Grass Valley and would like to attend a get together. Sacramento raceway has grudgefest races ($35) on some saturdays. Meet up at a resturant to get some grub/shoot the edit then head to the raceway and make some noise?

That would be fun. I think a small day trip for me would be better than some sort of camping trip. I just don't have the time right now with school and work.

What do you think about this: I'll hit Ken Imler up from Imlers diesel and maybe he'll let us do a 1st gen dyno day at his place . Maybe he'll cut the cost down of a dyno, maybe all the dyno's we want for a fixed $$$ We can haul over a BBQ and drink (grub, of course ) and our own tools and spend Saturday from 9am till 5pm.

Hey, a meet that I can make! I dont live that far from Sac.

I used to Live in Sheridan when hwy 65 this was an old country road. Now it looks like the whole bay area moved in with all its traffic.

Hope this works out...

(by the way)Lincoln park used to be a fun place to gather. Lincoln Calif, close to Sac. (McBean Park)

Yeah. Some people start naming some dates. I can get pretty much any weekend off with enough notice.

Hopefully stomp can attend... I would love to ride in the first gen of the gods!!
