Well i started fitting in my intercooler tonight. Wow, what a lot of work on the rad support. I had to hack'er up pretty good but the cold air will be worth it. I'm sure glad i don't have AC or have a auto with a tranny cooler. I took a picture of it and i will post ASAP.
The IC is out of a 2004 Powerstroke 6L.
IT IS HUGE, barely fit in there
Hope to have the new Stage 4 upgrade and intercooler done by the end of the weekend.

I am just about done installing a 00 Dodge ATAAC into my 92 W350. What did you do, or what are you doing to address the the "diagonal" brace that strengthened the hood latch area. I've cut mine out, as you obviously have too; consequently the top of the rad support seems kinda flimsy.
Because I have to remove the safety latch on the hood for clearance, I don't really want my hood uninvitedly meeting my windsheild.

ok got the intercooler all piped in and the HTT stage 4 turbo on there. All of my temps are post turbo.......
Before i could nail 950 F WOT on flatland within 5 seconds. Now i can't get it to go over 700 F no matter how hard i try. It works just great. Everything is much much cooler.
I only lost about 2 PSI of boost through the intercooler, and the stage 4 setup just screams compared to the baby H1C
I max out around 24 PSI with the 18.5 housing. Sounds like time for more fuel

I gotta rig up a new system for my BHAF as well since the intake hose touches my IC piping
I'll get some pics as soon as possible.

Yeah, that was both combined. I think 250 F post turbo drop would be more like 300 F pre turbo drop.....
I wonna install the pyro in the manifold to get some TRUE reading, but i don't wonna rip my turbo and manifold off
