That makes more sence. I always saw it as just waiting for the thing to Bomb(blow) when you modify it. LOL

I would also guess that the governments super computers have picked up on the "bomb" posts also. Never can tell, the government may start using Rams instead of those chevvies.

Didnt know where it originated, but that phrase was around in 1998 when I first joined the TDR.

I believe that Scotty coined it.

Did he coin it on the internet somewhere?
The original thread isn't around still, is it?

I've used the term to describe anything- it works so well...

Scotty, you're a living legend dude!

And I'm sure the feds love this site; common dialogue:

Will the cops find my bomb?
Will the bomb grenade my transmission?
Hey ya'll, check out my new bomb!
Will this bomb work?
Anybody ever make a bomb out of a 3 inch pipe before?
Can somebody help me with my bomb?
Can I use my bombs in British Columbia without getting caught?

I know that DTR shows up on somebodies search screen in Langley...

You can bet that ECHELON probably has a direct link to this website.
They just cannot figure out what the connection is.

Hmmm...so it's not a good idea to talk about "upgrades" in the same post you talk about going to DC and visiting the Prez's house?
