Non AC belt on AC equiped truck.

Just install your non AC belt and route it accordingly, the idler only keeps tension on the belt and does not have ribs,
Either side of the belt can run against the smooth idler.

Ok, so I checked my belt routing and sure enough it was installed incorrectly. All the pulleys were turning the correct direction however still incorrect per the picture posted earlier.
This leads me to another question..... Could this possibly cause a vibration at low RPMs??? I wouldn't think it would but the vibration I had (idle-1800 RPM) is now gone almost entirely. There is still a slight driveline vibration but I believe this to be a ujoint going south.
Thoughts????

ive had to locate a belt traveling, when ac seized up, 200 miles round trip with the rescue bike I carry on back, from nowhere to buffalo Wyoming and back. im still carrying that belt.

rescue bike, plated Honda xr650r geared up to cruise 75, 4.6 gallons fuel, 250 mile range, also used for extreme backcountry exploration, not so brutal on the rescue legs.
