Thanks for all the advice on the housing and pyro sensor. I ended up leaving it post turbo as I ran out of time. As I was just finishing up replacing the turbo I got a call that my dad was in a accident at work. Somehow he got his head caught between an overhead beam and a moving scafold. Broke his right eye socket and most of the bones in his face. Fortunatly his brain and skull are ok but he will need surgery to reset his face and eye socket. On a brighter note I have been drving the truck to the hospital and back and the new 16cm turbo works great! More bottom end, actually more power all the way thru. With the 21cm housing max boost was 21psi pulling a hard hill at WOT, just driving on flat at WOT it was hard pressed to get above 15psi. Now with the 16cm housing max psi is 23 but whenever I go to WOT it climb right up to 20psi. I'm glad I coughed up the cash for the boost guage, I could feel the extra power in the seat but being able to see was worth it. Thanks again!
