DAS Auto shippers just shipped one from SanAntonio TX to Frankfort KY for me on Monday. Best prices, no extra charges. Good people. Here's the link.

Ouch BearKiller we are in the trucking business too so I know what your saying. thebabybrahma how far is it from Lubbock to you. I had a truck moved a couple months ago 970 miles for $650.00. I got on the net and looked under auto transporters I think it was and several popped up. I emailed I think 8 of them and my phone went to ringing. The price range was $500.00 to $1150.00 and I went with the one that emailed their insurance, usdot#, mc#, ect. then haggled a little on price. These guys are hungry just like the rest of the trucking industry. Good luck moving your truck.

Post your request on here:

There are a lot of good folks on there that are moving Dodge stuff around the country and a lot of times it's priced on a cost sharing basis.

Babybrahma,I had my crewcab transported from Orem,Utah to Apex.Nc in 1999.It cost me $650.00.the cost was was a little higher because it was a pick up truck. I shopped around and that was the best price I got from a broker in Wisconsin. I talked to a transporter who was based 5 miles from my house and he wanted $1200.00 Keep looking you will find someone to get it for you. Be patient it took about 2 weeks from the time they picked my truck up before I finally got it home. It' not an overnight process. GOOD LUCK!!!

The reason there can be so much variance in vehicle transportation prices is because some guy in Nome Alaska might be going right by there and then heading past your house, whereas the neighbor guy might not have had such a handy trip.
A one-off special trip just for you would cost probably $3500 or more; the reason these guys can beat that is on account of they can pro-rate between several customers.

What ever you do, check the company out first....was going through the same thing with a member here from Cali. Price's ran from 400 to 1300. The cheaper they are, the more you better worry. If the members here can help you, go with them.

I have used this guy to move backhoes and equipment before, he was really reasonable. Hadn't needed to use him in awhile though.
