I finally got my OD to work. The problem was the ECM?, I found it under the battery, thanks to this forum. It was not bolted down and was banging around in the fender well. I removed it from the fender well and disconnected the wire plug. I found that the connections where extremely dirty. I cleaned the connections with some electrical contact spray from Lowes. Put it back together and mounted it of the inner fender well and my OD started to work. Thanks to all on this forum for your suggestions and help.
